The Arramis did not begin as a hotel. It began as a belief.

A belief that people deserve spaces that are calm, well-kept, dignified, and intentionally designed for how they live, gather, and rest.

A belief that structure can feel humane, that order can feel welcoming, and that care—when practiced consistently—becomes culture.

The Arramis story began in Lithonia, Georgia, as a co-living residence designed for working adults. It was modest by design, intentional in operation, and uncompromising in its standards. Clean rules. Quiet respect. Thoughtful spaces.

It was there that we learned something essential:

Before hospitality is luxury, it is responsibility. Before elegance, it is care.

From that foundation grew a broader vision.

Today, in Savannah, The Arramis finds its fullest expression through hospitality.

Conceived as A Southern Luxury Social House, The Arramis Hotel was created to be more than a place to stay. It is a place where thoughtful design, meaningful rituals, and genuine service come together to create lasting memories.

The principles refined through years of thoughtful operation have been elevated into a new expression of hospitality:

Structure becomes ritual.
Care becomes service.
Service becomes memory.

The Arramis is not a collection of assets. It is a living system.

Every decision—from architecture and design to operations and guest experience—is guided by one enduring philosophy: that beautiful spaces should also be purposeful, disciplined, and deeply human.

As The Arramis grows into future markets, that philosophy will remain unchanged. We do not grow to become the largest. We expand to uphold a standard. Every property will reflect the character of its community while remaining rooted in the same commitments: intentional design, disciplined operations, genuine hospitality, and an unwavering respect for every guest, resident, employee, and partner who walks through our doors.

This work is deeply personal to me. It is rooted in memory, guided by values, and built with the hope that what we create today will continue to serve people for generations to come.
