A Message from Our Founder

Welcome to The Arramis Hotel.

The Arramis did not begin as a hotel. It began as a belief.

A belief that people deserve to live and gather in spaces that are calm, well-kept, and dignified.

A belief that structure can feel humane, that order can feel welcoming, and that care—when practiced consistently—becomes culture.

The Arramis story began in Lithonia, Georgia, as a co-living residence designed for working adults. It was modest by design, intentional in operation, and uncompromising in standards. Clean rules. Quiet respect. Thoughtful spaces. The Arramis-Lithonia taught us something essential: before hospitality is luxury, it is responsibility. Before elegance, it is care.

From that foundation grew a broader vision.

In Savannah, The Arramis finds its voice through hospitality. The Arramis Hotel was conceived as a Southern Luxury Social House—a place where ritual, refinement, and presence matter. What was once quiet intention becomes visible excellence. The standards refined in The Arramis-Lithonia are elevated into experience: structure becomes ritual, care becomes service, and service becomes memory.

Embedded within this flagship is a private penthouse residence—not as an indulgence, but as an anchor. To live within what one builds is to remain accountable to it. Presence ensures stewardship. Stewardship ensures continuity. The Arramis-Savannah is not meant to be absentee; it is meant to be lived in, protected, and passed on.

As The Arramis grows into future markets, the philosophy remains unchanged. We do not expand to dominate. We expand to uphold a standard. Each location will reflect its place, but every Arramis property will share the same core commitments: dignity first, intentional design, disciplined operations, and a deep respect for the people who live, work, and gather within our walls.

The Arramis is not a collection of assets. It is a living system.

It exists to serve real needs, to elevate everyday life, and to build places that endure beyond a single moment or individual. This work is personal. It is rooted in memory, guided by values, and structured for longevity.

Thank you for being part of this journey—whether as a guest, a resident, a partner, or a witness to what careful building can become over time.

With intention,
